In working with other lawyers, Ken's goal is to create additional value for attorneys and their clients.  Our firm will work with you to establish the level of involvement you prefer to have in a case.  Some referring attorneys prefer a very hands-on level of participation while others want to be present and involved only at a few critical points in the process. Still others may want no involvement at all once the fee-sharing agreement is executed. The extent to which you participate is entirely up to you. We are open to most any arrangement and will be happy to accommodate your desired level of involvement.

 

In some instances, we will even agree to start our participation at the negotiation/mediation phase or the trial phase. In those situations, we will attempt to reach a fee division agreement  that "works" --- one that is fair and equitable to you based upon your previous commitment of time and financial resources to the case.  We believe Ken's reputation as a trial attorney and his proven track record in courtrooms across the state will often increase the settlement value of your case, and if your case does not settle, you will have the benefit of Ken's participation at trial.

 

As you may know, we limit our practice to the representation of people who have been seriously harmed by the actions of others.         Our clients include catastrophically  injured people, the families of those who have been killed, individuals, companies and public entities hurt financially by unfair business practices, and entire classes of people harmed by defective products or fraudulent practices.

 

The firm has the experience and resources to thoroughly prepare complex cases and take those cases to trial when warranted.
